Simon Hay

Chief Executive Officer

Simon has over 30 years global experience in leading change through data, analytics and technology to improve the customer experience. Simon was previously CEO of dunnhumby, leading major growth initiatives including helping establish Tesco Clubcard and building its customer science capability. He is a founding member of Outra and works directly with senior clients to drive business value from data.

Caroline Worboys

Chief Operating Officer

Caroline has over 30 years experience in the data industry leading the development of products and services across all data sources. During this time she has founded several successful data businesses and is one of the founding members of Outra.  Caroline serves as the Deputy Chair of the DMA Group.

 

Cyril Law

Chief Technical Officer

Cyril has 30 years experience in creating value from technology and most recently holding the post of Technology Solutions Director at Callcredit Information Group. Delivering big data solutions, applications, platforms and services to financial services, retail, FMCG and utility clients.

 

Nick Henthorn

Chief Revenue Officer

Nick has many years experience in the creation and sale of data and technology solutions to provide clients with a distinct competitive advantage.  He has worked across many sectors including telco, media, finance, insurance, retail and utilities and has developed solutions across multiple data-related disciplines.

 

Rob Goodwin

Chief Client Officer

Rob has extensive experience in the development and successful delivery of client projects, focusing on driving client business impact. He has led successful teams in data planning and strategy working previously both agency side (WPP/ M&C Saatchi) and in-house for Sky and British Airways.

Founder

Sir Lynton Crosby AO is an internationally renowned campaign strategist who has helped prime ministers on three continents win or retain office. His integrated approach to campaigning combines data-driven strategy and sophisticated audience targeting with emotionally resonant messaging and disciplined campaign management.


Jim Messina

Executive Chairman

The mastermind behind President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign. Jim Messina seized the reins on what Bloomberg Businessweek labelled as “the highest-wattage crash course in executive management ever undertaken” – and succeeded, leading to President Obama earning an additional term in the White House. Jim is currently the CEO of the Messina Group.


Giles Mackay

Founder

Giles MacKay is the founder of Outra, and draws on his extensive background as a successful entrepreneur in data and real estate. Giles previously founded Hometrack – a property market analytics company in 1999, where he served as the Chief Executive Officer. Hometrack was later sold to Zoopla.
