Giles MacKay is the founder of Outra, and draws on his extensive background as a successful entrepreneur in data and real estate. Giles previously founded Hometrack – a property market analytics company in 1999, where he served as the Chief Executive Officer. Hometrack was later sold to Zoopla. Giles plans on moving towards the fundamental goal of developing an understanding of Outra’s customers, as well as connecting customers to their data through the Outra database.

With 25 years spent at dunnhumby, Simon has led major growth initiatives including helping establish Tesco Clubcard, building a $250m+ business in the US and $100m+ investment in growing customer science capability. His ultimate belief lies within shaping culture to drive strategy, and helping brands realise all the growth and value that customer focus offers.

Caroline Worboys, the Chief Operating Officer, possesses over 30 years of experience in the data industry. Caroline initially founded a data business which was sold to News International. She remained as CEO of Broadsystem and after seven years sold it to what became the Callcredit Information Group. She latterly was the Global Data and Insight lead for Wunderman. Throughout the many years in the data industry, Caroline draws upon her substantial background, leading the development of products and services across all data sources. Caroline serves as the Deputy Chair of the DMA Group.
