The challenge: launching a D2C brand under restricted targeting
As a health brand, HIRO faced strict geo and platform targeting limitations on Meta and Google. The usual D2C launch playbook of interest stacking and platform lookalikes was largely unavailable.
What Outra did
Outra used household-level intelligence from 30.8m UK homes, combining property data, machine learning and event signals, to identify and reach high-intent customers despite those restrictions.
Because the audience is modelled outside the ad platforms and activated as a first-party audience, the brand could keep precision while staying inside category rules.
Within three months our ROAS had more than doubled, and our CPA had more than halved.
